Things you need to know about house clearances:

House clearance estimates - most house clearances require us to come out and inspect your furniture and items to allow us to calculate the time and labour required to carry out your job as well as the disposal costs for your items. A written estimate will be given within five days of the site visit as requests to dump items have to be made.

Access for house clearances - if you can't be at the house, then we will obtain details of your solicitor or estate agent and contact them to discuss obtaining the keys.

Payment - all house clearance work will require a 50% deposit to be taken before any work is carried out.

Your council will remove items for you - your local council North Tyneside will remove waste items and old furniture for you for a small charge, they will pick up items left outside of your property on a specified date and time. We can assist you by moving the items into the street for you although it is up to you to organise this with your local council.
